It's happening!

Hello readers! I can't believe I am publishing my first book! It has been a lifelong dream of mine to share my poetry with the world. In three short months, that dream will finally be a reality! SQUEEEEE!

Having struggled with mental illness, (I'm looking at you ADHD), I am a wonderful starter of things...but when it comes to finishing. Sigh Not so much. However, this year I decided I was just going to do it. It has been a lot of work to get here, (self publishing is no joke), but I see the light gleaming like a distant shooting star calling me home. I made my dearest wish, and it is an honor that the universe has blessed me with this opportunity.

I know my book is not going to be for everyone. It is heavy. My life has been...well complicated to say the least. However, if I can touch anyone with my words it would be absolutely life changing. So are you looking for a sign? This is it! Do the damn thing! I know for some of us it might seem impossible, (screw that self saboteur voice in particular), but I believe in you. It will never happen if you don't...start somewhere. So take the babiest of steps my friend, and venture into the unknown. Everything you want is on the other side of that fear.
